About Jawharat Power 50
Jawharat Power 50 is Bahrain's premier platform dedicated to recognizing and documenting the achievements of exceptional women who have made a meaningful impact on society, business, culture, education, healthcare, technology, entrepreneurship, and community development.
Derived from the Arabic word Jawharat, meaning "Jewels," the platform celebrates women whose achievements have become invaluable contributions to Bahrain's growth and progress.
Produced by Jawharat Bahrain and The Luxe 100, the initiative combines premium storytelling, documentary films, editorial features, public participation, and a prestigious awards platform.
Throughout the campaign, 100 outstanding women will be featured through bilingual storytelling in both English and Arabic, culminating in the selection of Bahrain's Top 50 Women of Influence.

CONTENT & PRESENTATION
At the heart of Jawharat Power 50 lies the celebration of extraordinary stories.
The platform will showcase 60 Women of Substance through an exclusive editorial, podcast, and video series documenting the journeys of women who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, resilience, innovation, and influence.
Some stories will be told through intimate first-person narratives, allowing the women to share their experiences in their own words. Others will be presented through curated interviews and thought-provoking conversations that reveal the people behind the achievements.
Each story will celebrate the determination, vision, and courage that have shaped their success.
The 60 featured women will be showcased across two distinguished segments:

Celebrating accomplished women who have established themselves as respected leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, visionaries, and changemakers within their respective industries.

The Jawharat Power 50 Awards 2026 will culminate in a prestigious gala evening, bringing together Bahrain’s most influential women, business leaders, entrepreneurs, dignitaries, and media personalities.
From the 60 Women of Substance featured throughout the campaign, 50 outstanding women will be selected as the official Jawharat Power 50 Honourees—recognised for their leadership, influence, innovation, and impact across Bahrain.
THE AWARDS GALA
The awards ceremony will take place at one of Bahrain’s most prestigious venues and is expected to welcome more than 1,500 guests.
The event will bring together government officials, diplomats, CEOs, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, media representatives, influencers, and distinguished members of society for an evening dedicated to celebrating excellence and achievement.
